Andrea Latell is a licensed professional counselor for children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. She is knowledgeable in working with many mental health concerns, such as life-changes, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more.  She uses an eclectic therapeutic approach based on one’s needs and diagnosis.  She has had continuing education in many areas such as trauma, cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy, art therapy, person centered mindfulness based therapy, compassion focused, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as other approaches.

Andrea is also certified to provide supervision to licensed eligible individuals.

 

At this time, she is seeing clients both face-to-face (for those located in the Middle-Peninsula and Northern Neck) as well as virtually for all of Virginia.

Andrea takes most all insurances including Medicaid, Optima, Aetna, Anthem, Tricare, United Health, Cigna, Humana, Magellan, and self-pay as well as others.
